Trains and more Trains

After a cracking week on Kho Phangan, Roland and i were to head down to Perhentian to meet up with Suzy, Al and Lindsay on the beach for a few days, where Sunny has a dive school (new window).

Sadly, we never quite made it…and now i’m back in Bangkok after over 30 hours on trains!

However, the good news is that we had a wicked time with Helen and Emma, and met some other cool dudes on the island too. We met a cool Canadian couple – Riley and Maggie, and Jasmine who made us lovely crepes everyday was a good crack. Bit sad to leave, but with full moon coming, the island was getting busier everyday and it attracts quite a mixed crowd. Pyscadelic wall hangings and English football fans by the barrellfull.

Speaking of which…the world cup has indeed started, and i haven’t written a pip about it…to be honest i haven’t seen many games as i’ve been travelling or partying most of the days…however…there may be something to come sometime soon.
