It’s true – they would clamp your bicycle! I presume they would clamp your unicycle and wheelchair too, but sadly i don’t have the time or desire to investigate that further!
Was out roaming around (and getting a little lost – i ended up at the edge of a motorway then in a large field and finally found myself in the middle of a very big building site with lots of dudes looking at me!) Singapore recently so thought i would share some of the pics i took.
